Training with BADTri

BADTri members benefit from weekly training sessions run by our own coaches, and also one-off events by experienced and well known outside coaches. Members are welcome to just turn up at any session; however, the swim sessions and the spin sessions require advance booking. See the swim and bike training pages for more information.
Our aim is to make every training session suitable for all levels of ability. You will general find at least 3 different speed/distance groups at each session.
